Alle offertes van Mali Installatie zijn vrijblijvend. Een overeenkomst komt pas tot stand na schriftelijke of mondelinge goedkeuring van de opdrachtgever.All quotes from Mali Installatie are without obligation. An agreement is only concluded after written or verbal approval by the client.

3. Uitvoering van de werkzaamheden3. Execution of the work

Mali Installatie zal de werkzaamheden naar beste inzicht en vermogen en overeenkomstig de eisen van goed vakmanschap uitvoeren. Indien tijdens de uitvoering blijkt dat wijzigingen noodzakelijk zijn, zullen partijen hierover in overleg treden.Mali Installatie will execute the work to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship. If it becomes apparent during execution that changes are necessary, the parties will consult on this.

4. Betaling4. Payment

Betaling dient direct na afloop van de werkzaamheden te geschieden, tenzij schriftelijk anders is overeengekomen. Bij grotere projecten kan een aanbetaling worden gevraagd.Payment must be made immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a down payment may be required.

5. Aansprakelijkheid5. Liability

Mali Installatie is uitsluitend aansprakelijk voor directe schade die het gevolg is van opzet of grove schuld. Indirecte schade of gevolgschade is uitgesloten van aansprakelijkheid.Mali Installatie is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence. Indirect damage or consequential damage is excluded from liability.
